I actually for some strange reason like Cindy. Cindy's WOD is 5 pull ups, 10 pushups, 15 squats AMRAP in 20 minutes.
About 2 weeks ago finished 21 full rounds, plus the 5 pull ups in round 22.
Today finished the 21 rounds, 5 pull ups, 10 push ups and 1 squat before time expired.
Was happy for the slight improvement.
hmmmmm... I did sit ups, not squats... I much prefer squats! :)
ReplyDeleteYou did Chelsea - I almost made the same mistake. Great result though, but now you have to do it again.
ReplyDeleteI actually thought I did it wrong, but then went to the Crossfit main site and it said squats. I am now confused. With the way my legs are feeling, I kinda wish I did sit ups.
ReplyDeletemy understanding is chelsea uses situps bit you start one the minute every minutes for 30 minutes or until you can not complete the round in a minute.
